Games and Revelations in Coaching
Do you have want more effective, creative and ready-to-go tools to work with your clients?
This workshop, Games and Revelations in Coaching, will provide coaches, therapists, facilitators and HR professionals with 7 different creative and inspiring games using the Points of You™ cards (The Coaching Game and Punctum) to provoke meaningful conversations in a safe and respectful environment. The games are not about winning or losing but rather games of togetherness, choice and possibility. In this one-day workshop, we focus on two aspects of learning. First, there is the direct experience of playing the games. Each game allows bonding, creating time for participants to pause and reflect on themselves, and with others in a team or group, from different points of view. The point of the games is to enlarge our way of seeing ourselves, others and our work-life challenges from as many places and spaces as possible. Guided by Kanu, a master coach, the games will focus on 1:1 play, teams and groups. Each game helps you explore the many influences that create the ways you see, interpret and make meaning of life—our multiple points of view. Secondly, each of the 7 games will conclude with directions on how to set-up and play the game with your own clients. You will leave the workshop with all the guidance and insight you need to immediately use these tools in your own practice. ICF credits are being offered. More information upon registration. |
